Refund policy

All sales are final. ML Necessities does not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Problem with your order: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at mlnecessities@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll look into it.

Order cancellations: Because orders ship quickly, we can't guarantee cancellations. If you need to cancel, contact us right away and we'll do our best to stop it before it ships.
